1. Shipping Policy

Since every item is custom-made just for you, our shipping process consists of two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

  • Production Time: All orders are processed within 3–7 business days before they are shipped.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes:

    • Domestic (US/UK/EU): 5–10 business days.

    • International: 10–20 business days depending on the destination.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Fee: We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is applied to orders over $30.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are printed on demand and unique to each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind" or "wrong size/color ordered."

We only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The print quality is poor or different from the original design.

  • The item is significantly different from the description or the size guide provided.

  • You received the wrong item.


3. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

If you encounter any of the issues above, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order Number and clear Photos/Videos showing the defect or the issue.

  3. Our team will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.


4. Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 12–24 hours after placing your order. Once the order has moved into the production stage, we are unable to cancel or modify it.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
